Analysis
Our user experience experts will analyse the context of use of your system, taking all relevant factors into account. Alongside benchmark testing and web analysis, we also observe users and carry out contextual interviews. Existing websites or online shops are evaluated via a usability analysis and are then optimised.
Concept

Visualisation
The results of the analysis and concept phases can now be used to visualise a design solution for your product or service. The user experience and design team works with tried-and-trusted technologies such as Figma. Clickable prototypes or email templates help you envisage our proposed solutions and present them to your colleagues internally.
Review
To determine the effectiveness of the user experience we have defined, we carry out usability testing with real users from your target audience.
